James P. Kelley founded the firm in 2011 to help individuals fight the big insurance industry and get the justice and compensation that they deserve. The idea was and is today to make sure that every client knows that their case matters.

Mr. Kelley was born and raised in Central Florida. He got a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Central Florida before going to the University of Florida for Law School where he obtained his Juris Doctorate. Upon graduation, Mr. Kelley returned to Orlando and began working for a small law firm downtown. He later worked for two different large law firms before starting the firm in 2011.

Mr. Kelley has been admitted to the Florida Bar since 1997 and has been working since then representing individuals in a wide variety of legal matters. He now focuses on Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, and Insurance Disputes.
